The Eclipsantes
The way of life and philosophy of the Devourers place their females at the same level as themeless. They fight at the warriors' sides, learn the same techniques as their fellow creatures, and share the feast that follows each battle. Exposing "the ones that give life" to the dangers of combat may seem paradoxical for a people so low in numbers, but no Disciple of the Beast would accept to miss out on the carnage!
The Eclipsantes are the incarnation of the predator instinct of Vile-Tis. These female warriors with eyes filled with a powerful desire for death have developed formidable combat techniques. Coupled with the natural ferocity of the Wolfen females, these secret moves largely compensate for their lesser physical strength and make them just as dangerous as the males, if not more...
The Eclipsantes of Vile-Tis master various secret techniques that make them unpredictable in Hand-to-Hand combat. One of these is described on the back of this card and there are several others. An Eclipsante can change techniques in each new game round. At the end of each Movement phase, place the card of the technique that will be used face down next to the Eclipsante.
The chosen technique is revealed when the Eclipsante places her combat dice in Attack or Defense.
In Rag'Narok all Eclipsantes in a same Unit must choose the same technique.
