Cypher Lukhan is an exception among the creations of the Scorpion. Indeed it is very rare to see a combat clone that manages to rise to such a high rank. Cypher Lukhan is gifted with the "Leadership / 12.5" ability. However, only Keratis Warriors can benefit from this leadership., even if its range is increased by another game effect. The Mutagenic points attributed to Cypher Lukhan's COU and DIS are not transmitted by his leadership.
When a Keratis Warrior within Cypher Lukhan's leadership range attributes Mutagenic points to his FEAR or DIS, then he can no longer benefit from the corresponding value transmitted by Cypher Lukhan.
Excrescences: For an additional 13 A.P. paid when the army is raised, Cypher Lukhan acquires the <Toxic / 3> ability.
