Feyd Mantis, the Divine Baron, reigns over Acheron since the uprising against the crown of Alahan. His family is fairly small yet incredibly powerful. The excesses of this united and merciless clan reverberate throughout eternity. How could it be otherwise for those who are favored by Belial, the demon-price of the Abyss?

Only Characters of Acheron can be bound to the House of Mantis.

In Rag'Narok the player has one additional order for every Character of Mantis still present in his army at every Tactical roll. A Mantis magician or faithful who doesn't have the <Leadership / X> ability can still become Leader at an additional cost of 15 A.P.

House / Supremacy (2 A.P.): If a Mantis is tied with an opponent on a test, no need to roll the dice again. The Mantis Character wins the test. This capacity does not apply to Attack, Defense, Courage or Fear tests. It is ignored if the enemy fighter against whom this test is made has a similar capacity.

Solo / Prince of Darkness (Special): This capacity's value in A.P. is equal to twice the FEAR rate printed on the Character's reference card. He gets the <Leadership / 10> ability or its range is increased by 10 cm if he already has it.

Confrontation: He also gets the <Authority> ability.

Rag'Narok: The Character's FEAR and DIS suffer a 1 point penalty (instead of 2) for every degree of difference in rank category when they are transmitted to Acheron Units of inferior rank thanks to the <Leadership> ability.

Solo / Gospel of Evil (3 A.P.): The final result of the Divination rolls of friendly faithful of Salaüel in increased by 1 point for every Mantis endowed with this capacity and standing within their aura of faith (max: 6). The Mantis benefits from his own bonus if he is a faithful of Salaüel.
