Cast just before the Initiative roll during the Hand-to-Hand Combat phase, this spell protects the Magician by deceiving his opponents. Roll a D6 before each Wound Roll made against the Magician: on a result of 5 or more, the Wound Roll is cancelled.

Diffraction has no effect on Magicians who master Light and Elemental Beings related to this Element.
