The Mark of Elokani gives its bearer the <Loyal / 1> ability.
Notes
The original Cry Havoc volume 2 article states to use Jackal Warriors calling them Warriors of the Wind. Warriors of the Wind were officially released without this capacity years later. In effort to distinguish the two profiles, the Elokani Warriors were made using the same rules, but under a different name with the capacity bound to them.
