Following a search in various Rackham documents (Universe, Cry Havoc 10, ...) here is a summary of what the Concord of the Eagle army should contain.

The essence of the Eagle is the unification of non-human peoples against human domination & their focus on Destiny, for it is humans who have brought Light & Darkness. Army of Shenroth, an "extra-planar" people living in another Kingdom on flying fortresses.

In the cry havoc about the history of the Sessairs, we talk about a big battle. We talk about the role that Ogmios played, we talk about the crucible of Danu... But the Concord and Shenroth are never mentioned. One speaks sometimes of the ancient civilization of the centaurs of Dracynran... It is only later, in one of the last published Cry Havoc that the words: Shenroth, Eagle Concord, Thunder Eagle, and Faathi appeared. And there appeared for the first time the story of minotaurs as non-resident of Aarklash, the flying fortress, etc. Then the Concord was massively remobilized in the Dance of the Scorpion, creating in particular the link between Assura of Sarlath (already presented in a first Cry Havoc talking about him during the presentation of the Dark Houses, but where the words Faathi or Shenroth, do not appear at all) and the last 2 prophets of Faathi...

The native warriors of Aarklash have chosen to put aside their differences in the name of a common cause. Some, like the dwarves or the Wolfen, come from peoples before the coming of man. Some, such as the orcs, have appeared over the ages. Others still, like the centaurs and the Ogmanan giants, have seen their culture absorbed or destroyed by human civilizations and see in the Eagle Concord the opportunity to avenge their ancestors. Under the tutorship of the Archons and the oracles of the Faathi, the Eagle warriors have learned Shen, the language of Shenroth, to communicate effectively. The army from Shenroth is far less numerous, but just as disparate as that of Aarklash. It is composed of immortals united under the authority of three beings of formidable power: the Thunder Eagle and his two oracles Abharûn and Nyris. The Minotaur archons form the close guard of his princes of Shenroth. Over time, the army of Shenroth has gathered many elemental beings from conquered or devastated kingdoms. For the past few years, their number has been increasing. The Concord army is divided in two, and each side has its own leaders.

Personalities of Aarklash - Asthenas : Centaur knight raised in the purest traditions of the Dracynran centaurs. He became one of the leaders of one of the two parts of the Eagle Concord army, the one formed on Aarklash.

- Norrstrom : from the mountains, from the borders of Naël-Tarn, to lead one of the two parts of the Eagle Concord army, the one formed on Aarklash.

- Khulrûn : Rebel raïk, from the orc tribe of the Sarkaï, leader of one of the two parts of the army of the Eagle Concord, the one formed on Aarklash.

- Gurath: Minotaur Lord, also called Hurricane of the Black Mountain. Leader of one of the two parts of the Eagle Concord army, the one gathered on Aarklash.

They meet regularly with Velkanos, the minotaur lord of the Murgan Horde, but cannot convince him to join them permanently.

Embodiments of Shenroth

- Thunder Eagle: Prophet of Destiny from Shenroth, sent by the Faathi. Not much is known about him.

- Nyris : One of the three oracles of the Faathi and leader of one of the parts of the Eagle Concord army, that of Shenroth.

- Abharûn : He is one of the three oracles of the Faathi, and one of the leaders of the army of the Eagle Concord, the one coming from the Kingdom of Shenroth. He is also the leader of the flying citadel of Shenroth.

The third oracle, Asura, was lost in a war in the Dark Kingdom of Phobos. Asura was originally one of the 3 Oracles of the Faathi, deities of Fate who formed the Eagle Concord. He was lost in a battle in the Dark Kingdom of Phobos. Left for dead on the battlefield, Asura lost his mind and was tempted by the power of darkness. He returned to Aarklash when the arch-mage Kaian Draghost opened the portal to Phobos. Asura became Asura of Sarlath, Father of one of the dark houses of Acheron.

At the end of the Dance of the Scorpion, the flying fortresses spat on Azeroth. In Conf4, we are told that the crash site of the Faathi fortress, which fell on a Barony of Alahan, becomes a new "capital" for the peoples of Fate! The Archons call the people to them and launch the offensive against the nations of Darkness and Light, recreating the ancient alliances of before the Winter of Battles. Well, think what you will about the Eagle Concord... but its passage is official now, and they have anchored their impact on Aarklash in the time of the Ishim'Re and the Ophidians, linking it to the ancient centaur civilizations (Dracynran etc.), to the first Wolfens, and to ancient cults whose traces can be found in Cadwallon.
