The Provosts of Uren

The Dwarves' pantheon includes a great number of divinities, all of them watching over the mountain people for centuries. Among the most widespread cults is that of Uren, the god of the Forge. His adepts have chosen the path of weapons a long time ago and have earned their nobility on the battlefields where their fervor galvanizes the Dwarf warriors.

Moveover, their uprightness has made them be chosen to maintain peace and order within Tir-Nâ-Bor's society. Feared and respected by all, the Provosts enforce Uren's justice with severity but also with an indisputable fairness.

The Provosts of Uren Original Card Text

Every non-Character Dwarf present within his Aura of Faith at the beginning of the Movement phase gives him a +1 bonus in Courage until the end of the round. This bonus cannot, however, be transmitted by the Leadership ability. The bond that unites the Provosts with the troops that have vowed their lives to Uren is among the strongest on Aarklash.

Any befriended figurine (or Unit in Rag'Narok) within a Provost of Uren's Aura of Faith that obtains an incident following a Pressure Roll may make this Roll again. The new result must be kept no matter what it is. A fighter can only benefit from this effect once per round, no matter how many Provosts of Uren are near him. Only fighters having the attribute of Uren in their name can benefit from this effect.

Confrontation 3 Revision

Every friendly non-Character dwarf of Tir-Nâ-Bor present within a Provost of Uren's aura of faith at the moment that his card is played provides him with a +1 in COU until the end of the round. If the provost of Uren is equipped with a steam mask, then this special capacity only increases his COU, not his FEAR.

Furthermore, every friendly fighter whose name includes the "Uren" attribute who gets an incident on a pressure roll can attempt this roll again if he is within a Provost of Uren's aura of faith. The new result must be kept no matter what it is. A fighter can benefit from this effect only once per round no matter how many provosts of Uren are near him.
