The Lithomancers of Tir-Nâ-Bor

When making an army, a Lithomancer can stock a spell of Lithomancy whose Intensity isn't greater than 2 in the heart of a Jewel. This doesn't cost any army points., This Jewel can be kept by the Lithomancer or entrusted to any befriended Dwarf, even non-Characters. A fighter can have only have one Jewel but it isn't counted among the maximum number of artifacts that a Character can carry.

If the Jewel is kept by a Magician, then the Intensity of the spell it encloses is not counted in the maximum Intensity that the Magician can master.

Once per round a Dwarf carrying a Jewel can try to free the power sleeping within the precious stone. This activation happens during the Magic phase or during the game phase specified by the spell. The Jewel's user acts in the order of Initiative like a normal Magician but he isn't able to use Rapid Incantation to activate the Jewel's power.

Roll a D6 at the moment it is activated.

1-2: The power has no effect.

3-6: The power is triggered. The bearer is considered as being the Magician who has cast the spell when measuring the Area of Effect and Range. The spell can be Absorbed by 4 gems of any Element and Countered with a difficulty of 8.

Whatever the stocked spell's Frequency, it can be cast only once per round.

Roll a D6 after each use. On a result of 1 or 2 the Jewel is unloaded and cannot be used again until the end of the game.
