By casting this spell, the Goblin Sorcerer calls on the might of the god Rat. The sky is covered with dark clouds that spit forth numerous bolts of fire. One of these strikes the ground in the middle of the Battleground and makes the god Rat appear, or rather an illusion that looks just like him. The resemblance is so great that only another magician can tell that it is a trick.

All enemy figurines within a radius of 50 cm around the Magician must make a Courage Roll of a difficult equal to 3. The Sorcerer may increase the spell's strength by using gems of Fire. For each additional gem, the Courage Roll's Difficulty increases by 1 point. The illusion then disappears in a cloud of smoke as quickly as it appeared.

Illusion of the god Rat is reserved to Goblins of No-Dan-Kar.

This spell has no effect on Magicians.

All enemy miniatures within 50 cm or less of the magician must make a Courage test with a difficulty of 3.

However, the magician can spend from 1 to 5 additional   after the incantation to increase the spell’s effect. For every sacrificed   the Courage test’s difficulty is increased by 1 point.

This roll is considered to be a normal Courage test. Only fighters who can be frightened by the FEAR defined for the spell must undergo this test.

The fighters who fail this test are considered to be in rout, and those who haven’t been activated yet in the round being played must flee in the direction opposed to the magician’s position.

Illusion of the God Rat is reserved to goblin magicians of No-Dan-Kar.
