Crystalline Illusion

The Amok Slayer waited a while before throwing himself into the fray. Suddenly he saw the signal: a Dwarf distanced himself from his brothers-in-arms. But the the warrior charged, a flash of light blinded him and he found himself facing... a simple boulder!

This spell can only be cast the moment the Magician is chosen as the target of a Charge or an Engagement. If the Incantation succeeds, the aggressor's senses are tricked: roll a D6. The Lithomancer can, if he wishes, spend additional gems of Earth to reinforce the spell's effects. For every additional gem, 1 point is added to the die's result.

1-3: the Magician is considered as being simply Engaged.

4-6: the Magician is considered as being simply engaged and his aggressor suffers a -1 penalty in Initiative, Attack and Defense until the end of the round. This penalty can be accumulated with any other penalty.
