Once this communion has been successfully called, each of the conclave's faithful can be bound to a friendly faithful of Arh-Tolth located within 50 cm or less of him. No line of sight is required. A faithful can be bound to only one other faithful at a time. Once the call has been heard and the Fervor has been spent, each faithful can transmit up to 5 T.F. points if he has them, to the faithful he is bound to.
