Forge of the Heliasts can only be cast onto equipment with the "helianthic" attribute. If it is a long-distance or hand-to-hand weapon, then the STR of the Damage Rolls it inflicts is increased by 1 point. If it is armor, then the STR of the Damage Rolls suffered by its wearer is reduced by 1 point.
The magician can spend up to 2 additional gems of Light after the successful incantation of this spell. Each of these gems increases the STR of the Damage Rolls inflicted or reduces the STR of Damage Rolls suffered by another 2 points.
A Cynwäll Character's hand-to-hand weapon, long-distance weapon, or armor can be made "helianthic" at an additional cost of 5 A.P. per piece of equipment (only 2 A.P. if the Character masters the path of solaris).
