Gladius of Alphax
The gladiuses of alphax contain a mysterious liquid that permanently oozes from the blade, giving it a changing and indistinct aspect.
These fabulous weapons have the power of increasing the strength of those who hold it, making each strike particularly efficient.
The use of a Gladius of Alphax is declared before the resolution of a Damage Roll caused by its bearer in Hand-to-Hand combat. He can spend 1 to 3 gems of Earth. Each gem used this way increased his strength by 2 points for the ensuring Damage Roll.
This artifact is reserved to Magician Characters of Tir-Nâ-Bor. There can be several of these artifacts in the same army.
This version of the Gladius of Alphax cancels and replaces the one provided with the first Incarnation of Bâl-Torg.
