Kobalt comes from a big and respected family, whatever that may mean among the Goblins. His ancestors had one of Rat’s nine sacred bells, which was taken from the under mysterious circumstances. This theft felt like treason to them and rancor still thrives among the members of Kobalt’s lineage. The Chiming Armor was designed in memory of this precious family treasure. Covered with a multitude of enchanted bells of all shapes and sizes, it makes a hellish noise that can be heard for miles when its wearer moves. Though it may not be very discreet, this cacophony manages to intimidate and sometimes even to scare the unlucky adversaries.
Confrontation 3 Revision
When he is wearing this artifact, Kobalt acquires the “War Cry / 6” ability. Furthermore, his opponents cannot perform counter-attacks against him (not even thanks to the “Ambidextrous” ability). In no way can Kobalt be given the “Scout” ability while equipped with this artifact.
The Chiming Armor is reserved to Kobalt the Caustic.
