Strange statues made of precious metal have been protecting the temples of Lanever since immemorial times. They stand watch in the shadows of alcoves like immobile and tireless sentinels. Yet the destiny of this army in suspended animation is bound to these glittering orbs that Cynwäll generals protect with their lives. Indeed, even the lightest touch of one of these artifacts by a mortal hand would cause these statues to come to life and become formidable warriors. Their armor's shine may have faded with time, but the edges of their swords remain razor sharp.
This artifact can only be used in Rag'Narok. An army can hold several copies of it. An Orb of Clarity can be given to any Cynwäll Character, Warrior-Mage Leader or Warrior-Monk Leader.
Its owner becomes able to generate Luminous Strangleholds. This artifact is considered to be an Initiate of Light (POW 3) when calculating the amount of mana gems it has at the beginning of the game, its gains during each mana recovery phase, and its maximum reserve in gems.
An Orb of Clarity's gems of Light can only be used to generate Luminous Strangleholds (and not for countermagic, spell casting, etc.). An Orb of Clarity cannot be targeted by effects that affect magicians or a magician's mana reserve.
