Bio-Surgeons are seldom seen on the battlefields Indeed, they prefer to stay shut away in laboratories hidden under the ziggurats of Syharhalna.
Some of them however, the Biopsists, spend their lives in the desert. They "harvest" interesting specimens to fuel their masters' work. The Biopsists store the samples they collect and keep them intact until their return to Shamir. As nourishment, the Biopsists inject into themselves capsules of nutriments through values located not heir bodies. Through these valves they can also consume their opponents' vital fluids.
When a Biopsist KILLS OUTRIGHT an enemy in base-to-base contact with him, he can also decide to remove one point from one of his opponent's characteristics to inject it into himself, with the exception of Power and the various Aspects of Faith. The effects of the injection are perceptible until the end of the game.
The Biopsists cannot use nutriments from <Living-Dead>, <Constructs>, Elemental or Immortal Beings.
