This spell is not followed by a Damage Roll, but the pain it causes is horrendous. Necrosis

Gazing at the Master of Puppets at his feet, the Giant Barbarian lifted his two swords. In a moment this abomination will not infect the earth of Dan anymore. A slight pint suddenly attracted his attention. A doll made of skin was climbing up his leg with a menacing grin. Before he could even make the slightest move the doll explodes, ripping the Kelt Giant's flesh.
