Difference between revisions of "Meriaghen's Shield"

When [[Thissan Ka]] makes a Counter-Attack, the player controlling him must announce if he is using his sword-axe or Meriaghen's shield. If he is using the latter, then he does not benefit from the special rule bound to the sword-axe, but from the following effect: if the Damage Roll caused by this Counter-Attack inflicts the target with a Wound or a KILLED OUTRIGHT, then roll 1D6. If the result is 5 or 6 then the shield bearer's Wound level improves by one degree. If the artifact's bearer is killed in the same round, but is still fighting thanks to the Fierce ability or any other similar effect, then his Wound level cannot be improved using the shield.
