The banished children of the eternal forest, the half-elves of the Ynkarô river are hatefully proud of this nickname they have been given: the Impure.
Morgan, the King of the Impure, was approached by the profaner Styx shortly after the appearance of the Devourers on Aarklash. Though they crave more for their victim's wealth than their flesh, the Impure leave the Ynkarô more and more often to engage themselves in the battles of the Rag'Narok.
War Chief: Morgar
Revelation / Impure (0 A.P.): At deployment at least 50% of the army of the Impure's numbers (in number of miniatures) must be made up of non-Wolfen fighters. This total includes all of the allies the army may have. In return, the Strategic Value of the non-Wolfen Devourers of the Impure is reduced by 4 A.P. each.
Solo / Poacher (7 A.P.): This capacity can be given to any Devourer of the Impure who doesn't have <Scout>. He acquires the <Minelayer> ability. He is not bound to a war machine. The surface area of the zone in which his "Trap" and "Decoy" counters can be placed is determined from his own base.
The "Blood of..." Solo capacities below, can only be acquired by Devourers of the Impure who are not Wolfen and who have <Ambidextrous> or <Counter-Attack> on their card. A Devourer can have only one of them at a time.
- Solo / Blood of the Dragon (3 A.P.): The Devourer acquires <Concentration / 1> (INI, ATT, DEF). If he already has <Concentration / X> on his card then this ability's value is increased by 1 point (max.: 3) and the characteristics bound to it do not change.
- Solo / Blood of Emerald (Special):The Devourer acquires <Regeneration / X>. The capacity's cost and the value bound to the ability depend on the fighter's rank category. Rank 1: <Regeneration / 6> (1 A.P.); Rank 2: <Regeneration / 5> (3 A.P.); Rank 3 or 4: <Regeneration / 4> (6 A.P.). This value is doubled for Characters. If the fighter already has <Regeneration / X> on his card or thanks to any other game effect, then an additional die is rolled for every test bound to this ability. The player keeps the result that suits him.
- Solo / Blood of the Widow (Special): The Devourer acquires <Toxic / 1>. If he already has <Toxic / X> on his card, then he can re-roll once every Damage Roll caused by <Toxic / X>. The new result cancels and replaces the previous one and cannot be rolled again.
