Scholars who have studied the appearance of Vile-Tis have quickly noticed that no pantheon of Aarklash claims the loss of this "fallen god." Pushing their research ever further, sometimes at the risk of their life, they have discovered troubling similarities between the Beast and his archenemy Arh-Tolth, the alchemical god of the empire of the Scorpion.
The Wolfen of the Moaning Moon, the first Devourers, had surprisingly advanced forging techniques. Under Vile-Tis's guidance they learned to design weapons equipped with several articulated blades that remind a certain Syhar equipment. Their means nevertheless remain limited and therefore such weapons are still rarely held between their claws.
A Voracious Blade can be given to any Devourer Character. The effect varies depending on the game being played.
Confrontation: All results of Critical Wound gotten by an attack in hand-to-hand combat are considered to be "Killed Outright."

This artifact is reserved to Devourers. There can be several copies of it in the same army.
