The Aureate Crown
The Aureate Crown Back

The Aureate Crown is a legendary artifact. An army can only possess one legendary artifact, which has to be given to a Character. This Character's Discipline is used to determine the Approach and Tactical Rolls as long as he is on the battlefield.

The bearer of the Aureate Crown gets a +1 in Resilience per friendly Cynwäll Construct even partially within 20 cm of him (Max: RES 20). This bonus is calculated before each Tactical Roll and lasts until the end of the round. He also gets AIM 3 (unless he has a higher AIM) as well as the ranged weapon Aureate Lightning Strike / STR 6, range 10-20-30.

The maximum number of Constructs in an Army with the Aureate Crown is not limited by the presence of other fighters (such as Cynwäll Akhamiäl and Cynwäll magicians for instance). As long as the bearer of the Aureate Crown is on the battlefield, the Constructs in the army benefit from the following advantages:

  • The ability <Possessed>;
  • AIM 3 (unless it has a higher AIM) and the ranged weapon Aureate Lightning Strike / STR 6, range 10-20-30;
  • The can use the INI and the DIS of the bearer for tests linked to these characteristics.

The Aureate Crown is reserved to Cynwäll elves.

Cost: 75 A.P.
