If the incantation is a success, a non-Character Cynwäll Dragon (not a wyrm) is summoned at a maximum distance of 10 cm from the summoner, within the summoner's sight. The dragon is summoned at level 0, but immediately takes off to level 1 without any movement penalty. It acts normally for the rest of the round. At the end of the round it is taken away from the battlefield.
An army can cast Draconic Pact successfully only once per game. This restriction does not apply to an army of the Light Dragon.
