Plagues Hand inflicts terrifying magician illnesses to its target. The target becomes gravely crippled while an overwhelming fever devours its entrails. The evil is temporary, but leaves it victim unable to concentrate and very vulnerable.

The target cannot shoot, or use magic, or divination until the end of the round. In hand-to-hand combat, the target must put more dice in defense than in attack and cannot call for a game effect which would allow him to do the opposite.
This spell has no effect on Living-Dead and on Constructs.
