These objects are reserve to [[Thermo-Priest of Uren|thermo-priests]] and [[Provost of Uren|provosts of Uren]] who are members of the [[Fortress: The Brotherhood of Bronze|Brotherhood of Bronze]]. Not being artifacts, several copies of these pieces of equipment can be held by an army. The bearer of a scepter of authority cannot be made Leader in ''Rag'Narok''.
