Placing of Opponents: To determine how many miniatures can be placed in contact with the Hydra, the latter is considered to be covering an imaginary area of 17.5 cm in length (7 spaces of 2.5 cm) and 10 cm in width (4 spaces of 2.5 cm). An infantry base (25 mm) or the width of a cavalry base (25 mm) is considered to occupy one space. A creature base (37.5 mm), cavalry base at length (50 mm) or a large creature base (50 mm) occupy two spaces. Fighters that are occupying spaces must be noted by the player and lose this space if contact is broken.
