	== Factions ==		Every Scorpion laboratory is designated by a card that bears it name. A Scorpion fighter can be bound to only one laboratory at a time. The corresponding laboratory's name is added to his [[Rank]] and is printed on his card.

			In ''Confrontation'' only one laboratory can be chosen and all Scorpion fighters in the army must be bound to it.

			In ''Rag'Narok'' a Scorpion army can be made up of fighters bound to a laboratory and fighters free of any bonds. It can gather several laboratories. One laboratory can be chosen for every even incomplete 1000 A.P. in the army. With the exception of Characters, the fighters in the same Unit must either all be bound to the same laboratory or all be free of any bonds.

			A Scorpion Character can be bound to any laboratory if his Rank doesn't already mention one. If it does mention one, then he can be bound to a different laboratory to replace the one originally indicated, in which case he changes names and becomes a different Character. He then no longer benefits from the original Character's exclusive advantages (reserved artifacts, "Blood Brother" and "Personal Enemy" abilities). A non-Character Scorpion who rank includes a laboratory cannot be deployed within an army bound to a different laboratory. Unless noted otherwise, a Scorpion army that is not bound to any laboratory can use any of the profiles included in this supplement.


			'''Master''': The guardian who watches over the laboratory's defense and its optimum performance.

			'''Laboratory / X (Y)''': The cost in A.P. indicated by Y of each laboratory capacity must be added to that of the Scorpion fighter of the army bound in the indicated laboratory.

			Granting such a capacity is free for fighters bound to the laboratory and whose Rank, as printed on their reference card (before being bound), includes the name of the concerned laboratory.

			'''Solo / X (Y)''': These capacities are optional and can be given to certain types of fighters. In this case the cost in A.P. indicated by Y is added to theirs. A fighter can have several different "Solo" capacities (unless noted otherwise). In ''Rag'Narok'' all fighters in a same Unit (except Independents) must have the same "Solo/X" capacities.

			A Laboratory's capacities are exclusive to it. The additional costs do not modify the number of Wounds and of dice in ''Rag'Narok''.
